Comprehensive Health Care for Anderson

Regardless of a patient’s ability to pay, the Jane Pauley Community Health Center offers primary healthcare, dental, and behavioral health services for adults and children. Our services include preventive care and annual exams, well-child checks, acute care, and certain procedures. Our providers also focus on the management of chronic diseases, such as diabetes, cardiac disease, and depression.

• A Health & Outreach Advocate (HOA) is available for FREE appointments to assist with Indiana Medicaid/HIP applications, Presumptive Eligibility (PE), SNAP, and TANF applications, Medicare plan selection, Marketplace Insurance, Prescription Assistance, and Gateway to Work reporting. They also assist with JPCHC's sliding-fee-scale discount.

In 2011, the Jane Pauley Community Health Center was awarded Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) status by the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA). This recognition allowed The Jane Pauley Community Health Center to serve more patients and expand its services. Now, in 2017, The Jane Pauley Community Health Center has sixteen sites in four counties offering care to patients of all age groups, nationalities, and backgrounds. As part of the expansion of services, the Anderson Wigwam Health Center opened in October 2017.
